Finding the Perfect Home Based Business

Several years ago, I thought I had the perfect home based business for me. Things were going well. I was my own boss. I had good clients. I had the opportunity to pick and choose which jobs I wanted to take.

Then it all crashed. My easy, fulfilling and satisfying work no longer paid what it used to. My solid base of clients was no longer anything I could count on.

One of the first things I did was to get out my notebook and write down what I wanted as a business. Down to detail. Not too much detail though. I did not write that I work for XYZ Company. I didn't write down that I have X as my home based business. I didn't even write down that I make X number of dollars.

I wrote down that my business runs itself. I have great customers and clients. I work from any location I choose. My work is rewarding. I have a large, steady, dependable income. My business is fun. I am in the correct business for me.

I wrote pages and pages about my business, my vendors, my clients, my profits. My home office, how proud I am of the work that I do. I am appreciated, I am respected and trusted. I am here to help. It's a joy to go to work. I love the people I work with. I am excited to go to work in the morning. My customers find me. The perfect business opportunity finds me. I am fulfilled. I went on and on and on.

Then I set aside my notebook and forgot about it. I let the universe take over for me. It's funny. Once you get out of the way and stop trying to control everything in your life, magic starts to happen.

And once you start dreaming about your dream life and get really excited about it, it really gets to be fun to watch as things start popping into your life. Just like magic.

Work from Home

It's a dream for thousands upon thousands of people. Working from home. It's a dream life. No punching the clock or fighting rush hour traffic. No goofy boss to put up with.

To work from home you need a plan. A good business. Find a leader whom you trust so you can follow in their footsteps.

Personally, I believe in order to work from home and be a success, you first need to get rid of all the old programming that's been holding you back.

How many times have you tried without success? You know you have the skills, the intelligence, the backbone.

Before you can be successful at anything in life, whether it's working from home, expanding your career opportunities or improving your relationships, you've got to get clear.

First of all know exactly what it is you want. What is your "Why"? Take some time to drill down to what is important to you. If it's getting your children a college education, take some time with that idea. How will their lives be different? If you want to live in a mansion and drive a fancy car, take a look inside as to why. How will it make you feel? How will your life be? How will it look?

Even more importantly, for you to move forward with your new work from home success plan, you've got to get rid of the garbage that is holding you back.

There are a whole lot of resources found at http://540forever.com and alot of it is free. Do some exploring!
